The phone function is bad. Battery lasts only one day. Alarm function is not friendly. Phone sometimes shutdown by itself. Have problem switching on and off the phone

EZlink feature with phone is good. It's convinent to carry only 1 device. However SBStransit bus inspectors have problems checking the phone status with their readers. Probably the bus inspector's readers are too old.

It will be good to have some free GPRS credits with the phone for this trial as well (should be able to combine with the free additional 100mins talktime)
