Sydney was a blast!!! It was my first trip to this beautiful city, there were so many things to do, one week isn’t quite enough actually!
Got to try and see so many things…
Surfing was definitely the highlight of the trip! It was really hard and really tiring… but definitely a whole lot of fun! Our instructor was really patient and taught us the basics really well. Tom Carrol was also there to impress us with his skills on the surfboard.
Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge was probably the next best part. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had the best view of the harbour, way up high, and it was a real adrenalin rush having the trains and cars rush past us below.
We also went up the Sydney Tower, the highest point in the city. There we had a marvelous unobstructed 360 degree view of the whole city. Lucky for us, we were blessed with fantastic weather that day.
We made a trip to the Taronga Zoo, their zoo is absolutely huge! We had to spend one whole day and the animals are just plain adorable. We also went to the Wildlife World, where it was full of Australian animals and creatures. Sydney Aquarium was filled with all sorts of ocean life, from fishes to seals to stingrays and even sharks!
Those were just the main highlights of the trip… there was still the shopping and eating of course!
We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, and really have to thank Ripple Vox and Quiksilver and everyone else for this great opportunity!
