Georgia, a 14 year old girl, shows confidence beyond her age. Despite not being the most popular girl in school and lacking in the looks department, she tries means and ways to get into the heart of Robbie, who had just moved in from London.

She manages to do so even when things somehow go terribly wrong. Perhaps her story brings hope to those who are still secretly in love but have no confidence at all.

Throughout the movie, I saw Georgia transform from a dominating girl to a mature lady, making difficult decisions for her life and family.

This light hearted comedy brings back memories of childhood school life. School life in the UK is actually not very different from Singapore! From gossiping with your gang of close friends to secretly admiring someone in school, it’s hard not to relate to this movie.

This movie easily reminds us of the things we did back in school and is best viewed together with old school mates. Perhaps in the end, you might even learn a tip or two on perfect snogging!
